By downloading or using HaulFocus ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Description

HaulFocus is a gamified focus timer for iOS that simulates truck driving. The App is intended for productivity and entertainment purposes only.

Subscriptions

• HaulFocus offers auto-renewable subscriptions: Weekly ($4.99/week), Monthly ($19.99/month), and Yearly ($39.99/year).
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
• No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods.

Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code in HaulFocus are owned by Futuron Inc. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App.

Disclaimer

HaulFocus is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The App is a focus timer and does not provide real navigation or driving instructions.

Limitation of Liability

Futuron Inc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App.

Changes

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
