HaulFocus ("the App") is developed by Futuron Inc. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

Data We Collect

HaulFocus stores all user data locally on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or store any personal information on external servers.

• Focus session data — haul history, miles, streaks, and rank are stored locally using SwiftData.
• Preferences — map style, sound settings, and focus tags are stored locally on device.
• Location data — the App uses MapKit to generate routes between destinations. Location data is processed by Apple's MapKit framework and is not collected or stored by Futuron Inc.

Third-Party Services

• Apple MapKit — used for route generation and map display. Subject to Apple's Privacy Policy.
• Apple StoreKit — used for subscription management. Purchase data is handled by Apple and subject to their privacy policy.

We do not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or AI services.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, share, or transfer your data to any third parties. All data stays on your device.

Children's Privacy

HaulFocus is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Data Retention

All data is stored locally on your device. Deleting the app removes all data. There is no server-side data to delete.

Your Rights

Since all data is stored locally on your device, you have full control. You can delete the app at any time to remove all data.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
